1. What do I get with my subscription?
For $29.99 per month, you get access to many tools.
Midjourney image: 200 image generations per day (50 prompts × 4 variations)
Suno audio: 40 audio generations daily (20 prompts × 2 versions)
Hailuo video: AI-powered tool for advanced creations - UNLIMITED
Sora video : Cutting-edge AI video generation - UNLIMITED
2. Can I generate multiple things at once?
Yes! You can simultaneously generate:
2 image generations
2 video generations
2 audio generations
Chat while generating
This allows you to work on different tasks while AI generates in the background.
3. Do you offer a prompt-writing assistant?
Yes! The "Write" category includes an AI-powered chatbot (via ChatGPT) that helps refine and create prompts, ensuring you get the best possible results from AI-generated images, videos, and audio.
4. Is there a night mode?
Yes! We offer night mode for a more comfortable viewing experience in low-light
conditions.
5. How fast are generations?
Most AI generations take 1–3 minutes considering Midjourney and Suno. Video generation via Hailuo takes around 3-5 minutes. Video generation via Sora takes around 5-10 minutes. If it feels slower, our servers are likely under heavy load, hang tight we are constantly working on capacity.

7. Can I download my creations?
Yes! However, please download your files promptly. Our system periodically clears
cache storage, so older files may be deleted. This is something we are also working on to maintain long history periods.
8. Are you adding more tools?
Yes! We plan to add additional AI tools such as Runway ML, Lumia, Pika, Kling, Wan and many more in the near future. Our "mother-site" from China has already successfully integrated many different popular AI tools, and we have their backing in the long run! Loads of exciting things, coming soon. Thanks for your patience!
9. What happens if I reach my daily limit?
Once you hit your daily limit for Midjourney or Suno, You will need to wait until the next day for your quota to reset. However, video generations remain unlimited.
10. Do unused generations roll over?
No, unused daily generations do not roll over to the next day.
11. Can I use my AI-generated content commercially?
Please check the terms of each AI tool regarding commercial use. Make sure to check with official Midjourney, Suno, OpenAI, Hailuo regarding their policy for commercial use. We do not make the rules, we just provide a platform for you to use, based on their hard work and policies.
12. Is the subscription refundable?
No, all subscriptions are non-refundable.
13. Can I have multiple accounts or subscriptions?
No, multiple accounts or stacking subscriptions are not allowed. The broweser will not handle multiple instances and log ins connected to our platform.

15. Why do I sometimes see Chinese text?
We are currently migrating our platform from a successful Chinese AI service. While we have addressed all translations, there may still be occasional untranslated text. If you spot anything please send us a screenshot to our email at contact@artizhiai.com.
